Lightly brown your sausages under the grill or in a pan. Wrap the cooled sausage in thawed puff pastry. Seal the pastry and brush top with a beaten egg. Bake at 200oC until pastry is golden brown. For extra treat add your favourite grated cheese in the pastry with your sausage. Serve with tomato, sweet chilli or barbecue sauce.

    Hot dog with the lot

Barbecue or grill your sausages according to packet instructions. While your pan or grill is hot cook some bacon rashes onion rings and sliced mushrooms. In a soft white hot dog roll, add your sausage, crispy bacon, onion grated cheese and top with your favourite sauce.
